Halo 5 Multiplayer Ranking not available

Hello Guys,
since a few days I got Problems with Halo 5 Guardians.
My current ranking is not displayed.
Only rank 1. Also my existing REQs are not loaded and displayed .
Multiplayer works .
Can someone help me?

I had an issue with REQs not loading and being unusable during Warzone.
I just had to fully quit the game and go back in.

That’s probably not much help - but worth a try if you haven’t already.
