Hello,
Let me start by saying by far this the worst customer support ever. Now that i have got that out of my system, i and several other players have been unable to access halo 5 multiplayer arena or any other playlist. Yesterday, it allowed gameplay1 time and today it did the same. After, restart it allows u to the menu and select a playlist then it toggles for awhile until it reports Matchmaking encountered network difficulties, please try again. Well i have been trying for two days and still no game. I tried calling Microsoft and they had no clue other than try to refer me to the wrong company (Bungie). Can someone please look into this or provide support with this matter. Thanks again for all your support.
