343 bring us social playlist (for example social slayer) and 1 week later they take off that mode to introduce another one (like snipers) but Why the hell does they don´t leave that playlist there and just add the other playlist? I mean, there are only 9 playlist: -SLAYER -ARENA -BREAKOUT -FFA -SWAT -BTB -GRIFBALL -WARZONE -WARZONE ASSAULT (Halo 3,Reach and 4 had at least 13 playlist).
I mean, is cool to play in a competitive way, but I really want to play with my friends (they’re so bad) without the risk of losing my level skill.
Is there a solution? Yes! Just put again social slayer, social objectives and maybe a social breakout.
I doubt the population is large enough to maintain that many playlists, especially in regions like Australia.

I miss KOTH. Also really wish we would get an Oddball playlist even it just is a weekly playlist, just let me play it already in MM.

Many people did not touch the game until 343 originally added in more game types and many say they will come back when infection is added so adding in even more beloved game types would definitely increase the population.
I also agree. Social Slayer is one of the key elements in halo`s multiplayer. I don’t want to compete with pro gamers when I only want to play some funny rounds.
Step one: Make a Social Arena/Slayer playlist
Step two: Add Oddball, VIP, and KoH to both Arena playlists
Step three: Profit?

You are both right.
I’d love to see ranked HCS, and Breakout - Mostly because I think competitive Breakout should be a thing. I think there is a good argument for all other playlists to be social or at least have a social alternative. If there is enough game modes then it might increase the population enough to support it. I’m sure everyone has a game mode that keeps them online and playing even if they are bored of everything else, but at the moment I think some of those people are still waiting for their game.
Beating a dead horse with this post. 343 doesn’t care about all the missing gamemodes and playlists that should have been in the game since launch. They work harder at making more req packs for people to pay for. All they care about is money, not the quality of their game. Just look at the MCC, could have righted the ship for 343 with the fans, instead they released a broken pile and refuse to fix it because there is no more money to be made with the MCC.
Along the lines of playlist size to gamer population, I would think that maintaining more social playlists (that do not cram 10 players into 8-player maps) would be a large incentive for gamer population to increase. I would recommend that 343 attempt this, even if they eventually determine that they won’t be able to fill those open playlists. As it stands, rotating social playlists every week or so frustrates less competitive players and discourages them from playing Arena, for Halo at all, for that matter. I hope 343 realizes this when they add Infection with Memories of Reach.
