I have been trying for 2 days to play online but I am getting extremely bad lag. Whenever I load into a game everyone is just running into walls and eventually I either die, or teleport to random places. I have literally done every single “fix” out there and nothing changes. My ISP is Time Warner if that means anything, but my Xbox is reading a 40d/4u and 0% packet loss and ~70ms. There has been literally no help from Microsoft support and 343i for all of us who are experiencing this problem.
I see this problem all over the place. I had the same problem. Walking to walls. Team mates walking into walls then I’d come back dead. What modem to you have? I had a motorola surfboard 6121 and bought a netgear cm500 yesterday. I run two xbox ones now at the same time and same game no problems or lag. The motorola disconnects and shows errors in the event logs. Netgear hasn’t had one.
You don’t have TWC as your ISP by chance? That seems to be the cause at the moment although they claim its not on their end. The majority of people on other ISPs are fine so it doesn’t make sense.

I’d try the new modem and worst case return it if it doesn’t work. But I’m telling you that if you have the motorola surfboard throw it out.
I have the Same problem. i have optimum 50 up 25 down with 0 packet loss but it only happens in halo 5 and mcc. Any one know if they are trying to fix this?
Same problem. ISP is Comcast. Good connecting stats. Best internet Money can buy in my area. Very upset about this. An official statement is desperately needed.
That sucks guys. On my end the multiplayer has worked flawlessly. Honestly, for about 20 games and no issues.
Anything 343i? I have posted everywhere to get help on this as have many others with no response on this issue…

I am in the same boat as you, I wish 343 would address this already, as bad as bungie is now they would have already informed there fellow fans that they were aware of this issue. 343i has said nothing as far as I know.
