Halo 5 Multiplayer is garbage now.

My experiences from the beginning were awesome fun and memorable but now after a some updates to damage and weapons now it’s just plain crap I experience most gameplay where the other opponent shouldn’t be alive, or some miracle they survive a grenade after a shield take down.

Don’t know, for me it’s still pretty fun. You sound just mad because some voodoo stuff happened, which I get. It happens, but the experience is still pretty fun.

Everyone has a right to a opinion.

I just disagree, I’ve gave this game a lot of grief in the past, but the fact I still play it daily a year after it’s came out shows my level of enjoyment. The customs browser gave this game a extra lifeline. I mean whenever I get bored I can guarantee I’ll find something new on there. Just my opinion

Halo 5 is great but I will say they need to make changes in halo 6 for the casual gamer. I am an incredibly skilled halo 5 player and thousands of hours put in. But I cannot agree more to the fact that halo 5 is much harder to pick up than previous halos. This pinpoint accuracy and aim assist along with smaller maps and faster pace with extra mechanics allows professional and very skilled halo players to be much more dominant in every match. Halo has always been about easy learning and a hard to master type game. It shouldn’t be that players can aim down sights with every weapon and shoot across the very small maps they have created. The players can get to the other side of the map in less than 10 seconds. The maps need to be larger, the thrust, sprint, and slide need to be reduced to a much slower pace, and the weapons need less aim assist and maybe a shorter range. This will make the next halo much more accessible for everyone

I like the multiplayer a lot. It’s my most played multiplayer acrosss all the Halos.

Same here its pretty addicting actually

The only thing I think is worst are the servers. Ever since the Monitors Bounty update, I get random disconnects all the time (from the servers, not Xbox live) I NEVER got any before and I’ve been playing since day 1. I also don’t get disconnected from any other games either.

Sounds like Halo Reach, I like Halo Reach’s gameplay! When using the DMR in order to be precise you have to wait for the reticle to get smaller (recoil). Making you time your shots. I agree with everything you said.

I respectfully disagree with your opinion

The updates to weapons have been minimal so not sure how it’s affecting you so much, but the biggest issue for me is the servers being crap.

Subjective. I, for one, think Halo 5’s in its prime. Never had as much fun playing it as I do now.

Thats why I’m going back to the MCC, Halo 5 had its run for me but, I’m just getting bored playing it now and I feel like quitting Halo 5

And its too goddam competitive

Halo 5 has steadily improved. This new radar for instance makes me forget all about whether or not sprint belongs in Halo anymore. I love the core mechanics to Halo now.

That reticule spread was called bloom. And it sucked. It wasn’t about pacing shots. It was about luck

Muilt player is still great for me. Enjoy myself more than all other halos

I love the multiplayer same as I love the MCC multiplayer. Old and New they are all good to me. Why can’t you guys just look past the faults and enjoy the game for what it is? If you don’t like the multiplayer fine by me, just don’t make clearly subjective posts with no argument to back your point up. Reading many of these threads daily is now getting ridiculous. Chances are that people who don’t like Halo 5 multiplayer won’t like H6 when that comes out. For some the series just dies. As for me i’m happily playing my favourite game series. Live Long and prosper Halo 5 multiplayer, for many you have been the best, some not so others. I hope the multiplayer is built upon and taken in the right direction.

Which weapon changes do you not like? I think they’re balanced pretty well at the moment.
