Day One adopter here. I’ve been in the Preview Program since the beginning. I never received my Halo 5 early access code and I’m quite disappointed by the lack of support on Microsoft’s end. Is there any way this issue can be resolved. I would like play the game that I was told I would be able to play early.
We just found out we were getting this early preview the other day. The other beta from purchasing the Master Chief Collection doesn’t start until the 29th. If you received a message on Xbox LIVE with your codes, then you were told you get to play early. Also, some of us in the preview still can’t play due to technical issues with matchmaking, so I wouldn’t get too up-in-arms about it. The regular beta with MCC is about a month long.
You should have a code in a Message on your Xbox. Have you actually participated in the preview program properly by doing surveys, quests and giving feedback?
