I recently played through the entire Halo 5 campaign on Legendary and I noticed that every mission on waypoint was tracked and timed except the mission “Enemy Lines”.
After that I played through it again to collect all the Intel and skull. If you check my campaign stats you can see that the skull and the intel were tracked but the time still shows up as “–”.
I don’t know what I’m doing wrong as I played it just like every other level and it’s the only one with this problem.
A hard reset may fix the issue. If not, try completing the level on Easy difficulty.

Just tried and it’s still not tracking
Have you tried checking your stats in Halo 5? Go to Menu>Career>Service Record>Campaign and check for Enemy Lines.
Yes, thats what I’ve been talking about. If you check my stats Enemy Lines has a time of “–” and times completed shows as “–”. It’s not that big of a deal but it’s the only one that shows like that.
Gotcha. Maybe Waypoint just needs some time to sync with your profile.
