I’ve been playing halo for months now and I’ve had no issues with matchmaking till recently. Its like it happened out of nowhere.one day I was playing fine and the next it says every single time in every playlist that I’m unable to match players. That’s a lie because I was matching players fine for months before. I live in Arizona I should not be having these issues. Then I check live connection and the matchmaking connection and its 100% fine no issues. I play other online games with no issue’s. Its 100% you guys server. How do I fix this? Are you guys working on fixing it? I’ve read other post and players are having the same issues but there’s no clear way to fix it. I just want to play my favorite game online again, I’ve reset my router like 6 or seven times and nothing. Its definately the halo 5 servers. Help me please 343
Check your Xbox’s NAT settings under Network, it should say open.

Even if NAT is open, the game still has significant matchmaking issues for a number of regions, particularly Australia. My NAT is open and I’m able to find players in Warzone + specific Arena playlists, but for 2 months now BTB has been virtually inexistent… which really sucks

Not to belittle your situation, but region lock might be your problem. Since OP lives in Arizona I can safely assume region lock is not their issue.
Check out my post about this and vote in the poll please.
