There’s no way you are waiting 10-15 minutes, but it may feel like that. The search times out at 5 minutes.

Matchmaking has been tightened up a bit to help with more balanced matches. They are always working on keeping matchmaking times down. It is always good to keep on eye on this thread. Josh Menke makes a new thread every week updating us on what they are working on with matchmaking, and if you have specific questions he will sometimes respond.
On a side note, there is no need to use all caps to signify yelling. It is actually discouraged to do on these forums.
