Halo 5 matchmaking is almost as bad as MCC

Scenario 1; Start matchmaking, within 30 get into a match alright. Happened to me once
Scenario 2; Start matchmaking, get some -Yoink- error like I can’t rejoin within 45 seconds, sent back to main menu. Has happened to me well over a dozen times.
Scenario 3; Start Matchmaking, get into lobby, someone drops and then it starts searching for another person. Can I leave? No it just hangs there for over 5 mins then kicks me for error. Has happened to me 7 times
Scenario 4; Start Matchmaking, get into match, after Match almost all of other team leaves, intermission ends and I get stuck into “Searching for players” with the inability to leave until I get an error kicking me to main menu. Happened to me twice
Scenario 5; Start Matchmaking, don’t get match made for 5 minutes then get error sending me back to main menu. has happened to me once.

Result, matches played in 2 hours = 3, several failures and frustration inbetween. Each match was like 10 mins.

Well atleast I didn’t pay money for this, and 343 have a alot amount of time to fix this, but you incompetent -Yoinks!- better prove to me you are capable of basic online functionality. Because right now you aren’t convincing me after MCC, and you aren’t making a good impression on me with this either.
And yes I realize it’s beta, its why I’m not saying " I AM NOT GONNA BUY OR PRE ORDER A 343 PRODUCT AGAIN RAWR!!!1!11111!!!2$!" 343 need this feedback to make halo 5 better, please share your experiences below and +1 this if you’re experiencing similar issues.

Yea man I’m waiting for a game right now. It’s been -Yoink- all day but you can’t talk about 343 like that, they’re pros and they’re are doing their best

Sorry mate but I needed to get that temporarily out of my system, I am still mad about halo MCC launch and 343 need to prove that they CAN CODE NETCODE. seriously how do they fail at this, most games fail because they are either mediocre or have bad gameplay, Halo MCC has pretty much DIED because of 343’s incompetentence to create functioning matchmaking, and dedicated servers.

It’s a beta so it should be fixed but you are right about MCC multiplayer it really bugs me :confused:

I had an issue where I was locked into the Matchmaking search and couldn’t get out of it. Also once, it said the Halo servers weren’t available.

I did notice something that also seems to be true with Halo: MCC - this game doesn’t like the whole app switching thing (whatever that feature is actually called).

I go watch a movie on STARZ or Amazon Instant Video and than switch back to Halo 5 and Matchmaking search goes all crazy on me. If I bring up the home screen and quit it, then relaunch it works fine.

I also ran into an issue where Halo 5 locked up the console during Matchmaking search where I had to tap the power button which seemed to force quit Halo 5 when I though it would send the console to the sleep mode and I would force the shutdown.
