Every single time I search fro a multiplayer match with a friend of mine on series x, we got kicked from the searching for no reason several times. We need to try searching lots of times to finally play together, beacuase of this error I even get banned for leaving the match.
Do you know if this issue happening when you play alone or when you play with anyone else? I ask as we want to be sure the issue is happening due to something on your side. I’ve have seen the issue in the past with Halo 5 and its usually caused by either you or your friend having different NAT types. I would double check your NAT status on your console as well as your friend to make sure you both on a moderate or open NAT type.
A restart of your console tends to fix these problems. I think the Series X’s Quick Resume “feature” screws with games.
