I recently posted that a friend i regularly game with, is having issues with matchmaking…
I have yet not received any replies or advice in this issue, which is disappointing
Please i implore you to look and assist with this post.
Basically, he plays two games of ANY game type in the arena, then after TWO games he then gets booted/kicked out of the game as it loads in, this has happened since launch. As you can imagine this is frustrating as he wants to play socially with his friends but cannot longer than two games, which not only effects his CSR ranking but actually game play experience of halo 5.
He has tried to leave, host matches, reset console, re-install the game and turn off his Xbox one console, also looked into the settings of his internet provider and router etc and these are all fine as he has no problem with any other game or even playing Warzone.
Please can you assist or even rectify this issue, but mainly i would like a response from a member of the team…
