Has there been any confirmation that Master Chief Mark IV will be able to obtain for our Spartans? I like the bulky build for it.
Nope! The Closest thing to IV is the Noble based of the commando mark V variant.

If the Mark VI barely failed keeping up, I highly doubt the Mark IV can.
