Halo 5 is everything that i could have imagined for a game. With excellent graphics, a large amount of gameplay both campaign and multiplay both being very interactive.
when halo 6 comes out if there is any i want it even bigger lol.that would be epicley awesome. hehe
I am happy that they got rid of split screen. i would rather have a better refresh rate at 60 fps with better graphic than split screen any day!
the thing is people like split screen cause they can play with their friends like I do use it from time to time its nice when its there but little disappointed by it but nonetheless with what ive seen Halo 5 has the potential to be one of the best halo games in a long while if it has a smooth launch

It was a tradition to run through the Campaign with my brother, but sadly that can’t happen

Um, you do know you wouldn’t be affected if others played in splitscreen right? The above is a fallacy and incorrect statement.
The only people affected by the lack of splitscreen is those that actually want to use the feature. Single player would still be at 60 FPS 1080p all day long…
The smooth launch is what will make or break this for a lot of people. I know that the campaign will run good not worried about that it’s the multiplayer that worries me. I will be spending most of my time at first in campaign anyway so it won’t effect me too much, but with the release of Battlefront and Black Ops 3 to come in the following weeks of Halo 5’s launch it will be very critical to make a good first impression on the causal crowd

Not according to 343, the makers of the game. I’ll take their word for it. They have nothing to gain by needlessly disappointing fans and if it were as easy as all the arm-chair devs in this forum say, then they’d have splitscreen in.
At the end of the day, so few people use it anyway. As unfortunate as it is, not a huge loss.
Agreed

your right its not as huge as people make it out to be besides not many games have it anymore its nice to have the feature but not as huge of a loss as people think it is

Yet… there was FOUR versions of that thread being split screen the main topic with many amounts of people posting. So I’m pretty sure many used it and still do whether or not it worked. Removing this feature will obviously decrease sales regarding if they don’t want to play alone or don’t want to spend more money versus just buying a game that includes split screen as a feature.

And yet, even if there’s 1000 unique users in those threads refusing to buy the game because of no splitscreen it still won’t be a big enough number for anyone to take notice.
1000 units is chump change in the grand scheme of things.
I can’t be sooo sure since I haven’t played it yet, other than the Beta. However I’m extremely positive aswell…
I’m so positive that Halo 5 will be the only game I’ll buy for any console (including PC) until next year. Among many other great choices this year, Halo 5 is the one I’ve already chosen.
The little I could play of the Beta was fantastic! The news are also very positive imo.
Campaing with matchmaking co-op and no input lag was something I really wanted! Warzone seems to be amazing aswell, and I loved the idea of placing together PVE and PVP!
Can’t wait to see some BTB after release though! And can’t wait to play some Halo matches without suffering from any of the MCC issues (please 343i, don’t -Yoink- this up!).
And, thanks to matchmaking and proper online co-op I definitely can see myself playing campaing over and over numerous times!
I see it the same way. I’m a huge Fan of Halo, but it’s been a long time, where i were so excited as yet, that was Halo 2. After the great Halo CE i couldn`t wait for Halo 2 and weren’t dissapointed back than. And i hope that will happen with Halo 5 too =)
I totally agree! October 27th needs to hurry up and get here now!
