halo 5 looks great

i didnt play the beta weekend and i am very excited to get my hands on it tomorrow.

from watching streams and game play of the beta weekend it looks like halo 5 is heading in the right direction.

the new armor abilities at which i was extremely scepticle of at first now look very balanced.

the armor abilities like grapple or whatever it is called for example looks like it will make game play much smoother and easier for players the only problem with this is that i fell that it will decrease the skill gap but i will just have to wait and see after the beta.sprint even though they have balanced it a bit more is still something i fell halo benefits without.

cant wait to see if it is what it looks like.

Hype is real fack the haters go play cod if you want some rehashed trash

y do u want skill gaps, thats bad, if every one is near same skilled then it makes the game intense and very CQC intenisty

Because without skill gaps we end up with games like CoD where winning amounts to nothing more than who pulled the trigger first. Halo is more tactical and allows for smart playing instead of head bashing the controller until you win. Even with large skill gaps you can still have intense gameplay just watch the pro teams throwing down in some of those videos. Every match they play comes down to the last couple of kills.

Its good but the games beta advertisement kind of made it look better than it is.

by skill gap i mean stuff like knowledge of the map (crouch jumps, pro jumps)

when they added the ingame shout outs i agree that this is a good addition to the game as it helps everyone out but makes communication yourself with your team a little useless, these were some of the things that won and lost matches because of a slight skill gap out smarting your opponents was crucial to winning the game.

There are still skill jumps in the maps. You have to remember that these new maps were designed with clamber in mind. If you watch one of those “the sprint” video documentaries they are always talking about where to add clamber points and how far up etc. Now if these were the old halo maps then clamber would take some of the skill out of those maps for sure.

I love the new look

“head bashing the controller” about sums it up. Halo has always allowed my not so great friends to still have a good time.

+1

It was a beta so it had it’s fair share of problems even thought it was still a pretty good beta they are taking it in the right direction giving them what fans want
