why is there no gamer tags in the lobby when your searching for a game. the only way you can see who joined is when you play

I agree I would love to see who is actually in the lobby. Also, let us back out before game starts, sometimes I get caught up in looking at my req’s and get locked into the lobby way before the match starts, when I actually planned on playing another match type. So frustrating. We should be able to back out until the game beginning countdown starts.
