Hi there, I’m having trouble connecting to the lobby service & can’t play any games in matchmaking.

I’ve seen posts of similar struggles. Although it may not be your network, I would certainly suggest unplugging your router for 10 minutes and plugging it back in.

  1. Turn off Xbox, Unplug Power Cord.
  2. Unplug Power from Router.
  3. Wait 10 minutes.
  4. Plug Router back in, wait until it is up and running again.
  5. Plug power cord in xbox and plug back into network.

This has helped a few of my friends. It may help you here.

I’ve been experiencing the same problems since 3:45 EST. I’ve tried everything and gave up about 25 min ago. Now I created a Xbox account for my 5 year old and I’m watching him play campaign on easy. He’s already past the first level!! BEAST MODE!

Is this due to the dashboard update?
