I just recently purchased the halo 5 edition Xbox one and it came with a digital copy of halo 5 guardians. I called numerous times to try to talk to somebody who would see my side of the story I paid $530 for the system and they want even do a trade-in as I am sure I’m not the only one. I personally think if you bought a game and you don’t want the digital copy they should honor the trade-in across the board for everyone.
Why don’t you trade in the disc copy you bought?

You can trade your code for a disc copy!

Actually you can’t according to Microsoft they said the only way that I could even be considered for it is by voicing my opinion on here so here I am.
The only digital copy you can trade-in is the halo 5 guardians Limited collectors edition the copy that comes with the statue. My copy is the halo 5 guardians limited edition.
