By piecing together the achievements list; here’s what I got. 3 remain unknown, and mission 13 is apparently the twist level as it’s just listed as “The 13th mission” in it’s level specific achievements.

Well it has us blowing up power cores, so I assume we will be destroying a Guardian. However, Glassed HAS to be a vehicle intense map, as there is an achievement for completing it without entering a vehicle.
Judging from the level title, I would assume that the fourth level takes place in the green, pastureland-esque area we’ve only seen in a few fleeting shots.

Interesting! I agree actually; the area that in the gameplay reveal trailer shows blue team
from an aerial view, and you can see what looks to be metallic plant like objects on the cliff just above them.
