I noticed something very small when watching the Halo 5 legendary ending again that I think is just too suspicous to be considered coincidental.
If you start the video of the legendary ending at the beginning, look at the left side of the Halo ring. You will notice a diagonal divide where top half of the ring is dark, and the bottom half is in the sunlight. Keep your eyes on that divide. Now, pay close attention as the ring spins and tell me if you see what I see: Cortana’s face emerges from the shadow on the ring as a part of the landsape.
When the ring lights turn on and that possible flood screech occurs, her face is pretty much perfectly alligned with your face. The snow makes her face and neck, her hair is created by a strip of water that cuts the snow piece vertically, and two dots made from water are her eyes.
Again this is a small find, but there are plenty of examples of this in the Halo universe: The face on the ring on Halo 2 Containment, The face on the moon on Halo 3 Standoff, the flexing Master Chief on Halo 3 Last Resort, etc.

Go full screen and pause the video at 0:13. Look at the divide between the dark and the light. The top of her head should be right at the divide. It is not the most obvious thing though.

I know right, they did not have to remove the blood at all.

Actually, if you read Halo 5’s ESRB entry, the T rating is due to blood, mild language, and violence. So, they didn’t remove blood.

OP, I do see the face, but I’m not sure if it’s intentional or not.
Edit: I also see the master chief face some of you are talking about. He’s a little bit under Cortana and is looking straight at you. I found it by looking at the yellowish tint of his visor.
