So I finally had the time to setup my new Halo 5 console. When I put the code in for my digital copy of H5, I believe it read “Halo 5: Guardians Digital Deluxe Edition” when it was initially download.
However, for about an hour my download was stuck at 1% so I just cancelled the download because with all of the issues I have been reading about, I figured restarting the download might help. So far it did help, but what I noticed is that the game title now just reads “Halo 5: Guardians” instead of “Halo 5: Guardians Digital Deluxe Edition.”
My main concern with this is that I’m thinking by cancelling the original download, that there was some error and now I’m only getting the standard edition and not the Digital Deluxe Edition with the Req Packs and The Fall of Reach.
Has anyone else seen or witnessed something like this with their download?
Have you tried to check your add-ons? You should be able to download them. Should be in your queue or hard drive.
Or try looking in your microsoft account. Payment and Billing>Purchase History.

At the time that my copy was being redownloaded, there were no options as far as add-ons or anything in my Queue or Hard Drive that listed the “Req Bundle” or “Halo: The Fall of Reach.”
And as far as my Purchase History goes, there was nothing there in regards to Halo 5, seeing that I used codes that came with the console to access the ability to download them and did not purchase them through Xbox Live.
However, this morning when I woke up H5 had completed downloading and when I checked the “Manage Game” tab, the downloads for the Reqs and The Fall of Reach were there and listed as “Pre-Ordered.” It tripped me up a bit because I checked “See in Xbox Store” and it sent me to the standard Halo 5: Guardians page and not the Digital Deluxe. So it is a bit confusing but I have my content for the game!

Yes, it was odd. As mentioned in my most recent post on this thread, I realized that my Add-Ons for the Deluxe Editon were in the Manage Game tab! They’re downloaded/pre-ordered and good to go!
