Halo 5 LCE Incomplete/Broken Statue

Hey guys! In any case that any of you have received an incomplete or broken statue, follow these steps in order to get a replacement.

  1. Chat, don’t call, with a representative of Microsoft telling them about your issue.
  2. MAKE SURE you get an reference number.
    3,Contact the retailer which the LCE was purchased in.
  3. Tell them about the issue, and if they ask for proof, show them the chat transcript.
  4. They will contact Microsoft about the situation and Microsoft should contact them as well.
  5. Microsoft will ship the retailer a brand new LCE, and they will swap out the statue, not the game.

My LCE statue came with a missing shoulder piece on Chief’s right arm. The LCE was purchased at my local GameStop. That night, I chatted with Microsoft, who then notified GameStop, and the following morning, I contacted the store in which I made the purchase. I did not have to show any proof because i was a former employee of the store and knew the manager, but any other store may ask you for proof. This is where the transcript and reference number come in. Show it to them, and they will shoot Microsoft an email, and the new LCE should be shipped to the store within 2-3 business days. I requested an exchange on Wednesday morning and got a replacement on Friday evening. Best of luck to all!
