Yea alot of this is suspected to be due to the fact the unlocked the region locks letting players play with each other from all around the globe putting a strain on their servers.
The lag is a halo pelage it has always been in every game. This game has a huge amount of teleporting and other supper bad lag issues that no matter what cant get over them. I wish they would fix it.
