What if the Kinect in Halo 5 could track your Spartan’s head, arm, leg, your entire body movement. Of course this feature would only be for custom games, but I think it would really benefit the Machinima community. Kinect 1.0 can already do this for Garry’s Mod, why not Halo 5?
Edit: Forget to mention this would be a Kinect 2.0 feature, since Kinect 2.0 will be included in all Xbox 720’s.

It has been confirmed that the Xbox 720 is going to have a Kinect 2.0, so whatever you know about the 1.0, expect it to be 3x better.

Yeah, Kinect 1.0 was/is good, but I hear it’s flaws (since I still don’t own one) since of course it’s the first generation of it’s kind, so I’m pretty sure 2.0 should get everything right, and of course added features.
EDIT: Plus Microsoft has mentioned that you will receive a Kinect (2.0) with your new Console, also they have said that it is mandatory to have your Kinect hooked up at all times, if it is not, your Xbox will not turn on/work.

Well, is it really about “more money in their pockets” if every console ships with a kinect 2.0? Though honestly, I doubt this rumor is true.

Yeah, seems a bit radical. But I like the idea of Kinect 2.0. And I think that would be great for Halo 5!
