This is something that you would call Microsoft for…
Uninstall… do a hard reset then try to reinstall and don’t do anything while it’s installing.
Get ready, once the update starts it’s 98 gigs crammed into your hard drive. I just let mine sit at night, it totally destroys my internet. lol
Sigh I am on a 3 mg line atm… I can’t imagine download full game. Since this 7 g download has taken 2 hours to hit 25 percent…
Uninstall, empty your cache, check your storage space (I know that’s an obvious one but I’m guilty of not doing it and being upset when a game wouldn’t install), Start the install again and prepare yourself for a REALLY long wait.
To fix this issue, you must;
1 uninstall
2 go to game memory of console and erase everything (will erase for other games too, sadly)
3 hard reset
4 install the game.
This happens when there’s a sudden shutdown of system or failing sync…thats why we are told “do not shutdown while installing/updating”
I have hard reseted my xbox and still hasnt fixed is there any other way to do.
Do you use a disc? If you do, have you checked the disc to see if it is dirty? I’ve experienced installation issues with dirty discs.
