Anyone else having this problem after the most recent update? I’m sooo close to beating the game. 
Yes same problem. When I get a checkpoint and then die it black screens and goes to the dashboard.

I have the same problem, everytime I die and get disintegrated the games crashes and boots me back to the Xbox home screen. Then when I try to load the saved game or continue the mission it does the same thing!
Come on 343, sort this great game out!
