How about keeping join in progress in Halo 5, but when you are searching you can give the player the option to accept or decline the game based on the score? I don’t mind coming in midgame if the score is 330-300 or something in infinity slayer. I wouldn’t mind joining if it early and the score is 120-50. But I just had a match where the score was literally 330-30. It seems that realistically, I am getting join in progress games about 65-70% of the time when I search in a party of 2 or especially by myself. It is just so frustrating.

You posted something about how to improve Halo 5 in the Halo 4 forums. Lets improve Halo 4 first. Halo 5 should be a little better than Halo 4 (not that Halo 4 is a bad game), assuming 343 has learned from their past mistakes.
