OP is right really. I still want Forge and the other half of the game types though, but I’m still enjoying the game while I wait it out.

You. Shoo. I know you aren’t happy. There’s lots of grumpy threads. Humor me and go to those and leave this one. 
Halo 5’s overall balance is great and the new abilities are functional, fun, and feel quite natural once you get used to them. I have faith that they will last the test of time, unlike things like Dual Wielding, Equipment, and the Armor Ability system which are all gone now. 343 even addressed issues with Sprint. The gameplay aspect of Halo 5 is what 343 got spot on. The part where they failed was not launching with enough content. But come December, with the release of Forge, Halo 5 will truly be the Halo game we needed.
