343 did a good job, the arena is extremely fun to play and i have enjoyed it since release. But now i can’t play 2 games without losing all motive to play halo. The reason: the community. It’s not possible to have fun anymore.
Outgunning someone and juking them around cover and walls is fun.
Holding hands with teammates and only having one or two 1v1’s per game is not fun.
I should be able to play this game silently and at least have a chance of winning. It’s no fun when i have to play with a game sense of “one of them saw me, therefore 3/4 of them are after me.”
The community treats it like they are at an esport event, and im too good to be matched with anyone who doesn’t.
I can’t even play SOCIAL, UNRANKED playlists without being ridiculed for not taking the game seriously.
this is why i only play arena long enough to get ranked for that free gold req pack at the end of the month. As for warzone the whole point is overwhelming the enemy, and if your not doing that you need to be strategic, believe me it helps.
And this is why people hate whiners. Adapt to the game or die trying.
