Okay, so I’ve purchased Halo 5 on release day and after a couple of months when I tried to launch the game it would say “Do you own this game or App?” so I thought that if I uninstalled and reinstalled it would work. It didn’t, so I haven’t been able to play H5 for awhile now, and just the other day I purchased a brand new colectors edition of Halo 5. Yesterday, I finally received the game. Apon installing H5 I get “installation stopped” at 3% offline and 4% online. I’ve spent over 2 hours talking on the phone with Xbox Support with 2 represenitives trying to figure it out and nothing. It would be very unlikely that I got 2 bad discs, as I installed Destiny & FarCry 4 last night as a test to see if it’s the disc drive and they installed flawlessly. One support representative said I should contact 343, but no help for finding any support other than this Forum. I’ve tried every alternative to install Halo 5 onto my Xbox with no luck. (other than digital) Is there a way you guys or someone reading this can fix this issue for me?
Hopefully someone from 343 will see this and help me out. I’ve spent over $130 on Halo 5 alone and would like to resolve this.

Sadly, I’ve already done these steps. I really want to play H5, but it’s clearly impossible. I’ve bought 2 copies of the game and it still won’t work, I’m not going to spend more money on the digital version. I’m installing UFC right now and it’s almost completely installed. Its just Halo 5.
