So I cancelled my update to try and re-do it later and it uninstalled my game. Now anytime I try installing it again it gets stuck at 17% and doesn’t move no matter what I do. I’ve tried installing it offline, and installing it online along with the update. Anyone know what to do? It’s after the 2016 December update

Here is a thread in support that deals with the issue. It has a solution you could try.
