Halo 5 Infection lives

Hello I need some assistance. So I’m currently testing my new map and gametype but I’m having issue with the gametype (Infection).
In short there are 3 zombies and 1 survivor and everyone has 1 life, during test whenever the survivor dies the round/game ends as I want it to, but when all the zombies die the round/game doesn’t end? Does anyone know if there is a fix for this problem (I’m not very skilled or knowledgeable when it comes to custom created gametypes) Any help would be appreciated

Hmmm, that’s interesting. I checked the Infection settings and the only thing I could think to try was setting Team Changing to On, which would let the round end, but mess up the survivor scoring. Or maybe setting it to Off would let the game know to end the round when there’s only survivors left.

Maybe you can get away with setting Survivors Convert On Suicide to Off and letting them blow themselves up?

Other than that, I’d just change game types, since you don’t need the automatic team switching part of Infection. I think most of it would work the same, except the infected effects like being green, having the stank trail and neat sword. Might not feel the same though.

Unfortunately The Survivors are not able to pick-up any weapons or grenades

Do you need everyone to have just one life? That’s an unusual variant for infection (that they didn’t account for, apparently).

I forgot that none of the other gametypes let us have different settings for each team so they can’t be used if teams have different abilities.

If you set Convert On Suicide to “Off”, then the survivor could fall to his/her death or punch an explosive you add to the map (maybe near where the infected spawn)… or something along those lines. It’s not a great solution and I’m only assuming it would work. That’s what I would try if the infected shouldn’t have multiple lives like usual in infection.

This is for a contest, In short I’m basing this off a show which is why everyone has 1 life. Unfortunately through my own tinkering I can’t find anyway to change it, but its not a major problem the rounds only last a minute each. (towards your advice)- there are already explosive barrels and a timed kill-zone on the map and the Covert On Suicide was already switch to “Off”…
