I’m a long time Halo fan ever since Combat Evolved launched, is it true that the health and shields go down faster when you try to eliminate an enemy player? Also, Is the multiplayer any good? I will take honest opinions, etc. Have a good day everyone! See you out in the battle field!
The time to kill in Halo 5 is quicker. And I am loving the multiplayer. I would recommend you get it

yea, basically multiplayer is a helluva lot more fast paced than it used to be. shields drop quicker, the radar range and effectiveness is lower but overall I love the feel of the multiplayer. there are some issues however, that haven’t been addressed yet.
respawns are all over the place and constantly screwing people over by spawning you right in front of an enemy or in the same place you just spawned and died from (watched a friend die 3times in a row in SWAT last night by respawning in the same location),
another issue is aiming deadzones (if you dont know what it is look it up). they are quite bothersome, especially for someone like me who mostly plays SWAT.
other than that, and if you can get past those issues, the multiplayer is fairly solid. I have absolutely fallen in love with Warzone. it’s such an amazing experience for me and definitely a welcomed addition to Halo multiplayer imo.
Another thing I want to point out, (this is out of topic) in Halo 4’s multiplayer, the DMR, I played with it so much, that I think is kind of more op than the BR itself. not because of how accurate it is, but the fact that a 1 shot fire could take out almost half of the player’s shield (if it’s above the chest ). I know 343i might not nerf the DMR in Halo 4, but -yoink- do they have to make the DMR that strong? Another thing that makes the weapon too strong to use is its fire rate, I find it to shoot a little faster than the BR because it only shoots semi-automatic 1 bullet per shot which might be able to outplay the BR depending on how good your at with the DMR.
You can mod custom games a lot to make the shields more like older games.

The BR is better in this game. Also while your shields do go down faster in this game it is still overall harder to kill players and is by far the toughest Halo game to play. Get the game. But if your going to wait then december is when all the forge and good stuff come in.
Shields do drop quickly in the game, but it still has a much longer TTK than other shooters out there.

Then again you still don’t die as fast as that 3 shot pistol.
