So on Halo 5 I have a issue a card that I was using for my xbox live gold was being weird and I didn’t know so I called Xbox and they gave me a 1 month gold membership so I can get the card fixed but then after like 5 days of playing halo 5 all my armor dissapered and my level. (That happened last time that’s why they gave me 1 month gold membership code) So I called them again and he said everything was fine and to ask you guys so if you can help please do.

have you turned your console on and off again.
Hard reset your xbox (hold power button) take out all cables for 30 secs then reboot, this is to recycle the network and the xbox

Well I’m surprised a rep told you to ask the community. My level and REQ cards has disappeared before but that’s a syncing issue to Halo services. It’s not a big deal because I’ve had all my earned gear and REQ cards return. Hold down power button on your console for 10 seconds. This initiates a reboot to your console. Unplug power cord from the power outlet til the power indicator on the surge protector goes dark. This is also known as your power brick. Plug back in and power on your console. Codes given by reps for gold have never had an issue but possible. Make sure your billing info matches up correctly.
