How can this be next gen? We are getting less content than Halo Reach at launch. I just got done playing pre-release Warzone and it is fun, not sure why I had to pay £399 for an xbox one to play it though, World of Tanks has 15v15 on xbox 360 and far larger maps! Why is a multi-billion dollar game so unambitious? Also the graphics look identical to Halo 4 at this point.
It’s such a shame we have to wait 2 months for forge. Not got a good feeling about this guys.
Imo Halo is losing its identity, even the iconic shield noise has gone, along with medals and all the other sound effects. They are even pushing Master Chief out! He only has 4 missions in the game!

Halo is a multi-billionaire franchise made by Microsoft, yet somehow World of Tanks seems to get more bang for its buck than Xbox’s biggest franchise.
What i’m saying is, how can WoT even on xbox 360 manage 15v15 when Halo 5 is capped at 12v12

Depends on what kind of content you want. WoT doesn’t have an epic campaign

Well I want a sequel to actually have more content than its predecessor, which at launch it wont. Unacceptable from the biggest possible exclusive on the console.

I knew i’d get replies like this. Do you not realise they are killing Halos identity? Literally the only thing that is remotely similar to the game I grew up playing is the music.
The fact that your service record is saying you haven’t played a single Halo game makes it hard for me to take your opinion on the game if you haven’t even played them.

12v12 including AI, dynamic 1080p resolution, and 60 FPS. Halo’s campaign is just as popular as MP, and Guardians is the largest yet. Also, Halo is an arena shooter not an open arena. They do not want to make a WoT or a Battlefield. They simply made a larger more involved BTB game mode that still feels like a modern, Halo, arena shooter. 12v12 is perfect… not too many or too few. Having more players on the field was not the point.

I have played every single Halo game bar Halo Spartan Assault.
The only way to revive this franchise is to revive the community, how can u revive a community when your game wont even support community made content at launch.
Who even are Halo streamers or YouTubers? Thats how games get popular these days!

Master Chief is in the game. The Assault Rifle is in the game. The Magnum is in the game. So, no. “Literally” the music is not the only thing. Learn what words mean.
What’s wrong with waiting 2 months for forge? Did you see what forge is going to be like? Good lord! It’s going to be nuts! Besides, what better way to bring back people who may have gone off to play Battlefront or something than a massive December Forge Update? It could bring a little boost.
But, whatever. You’re overreacting. Wait until you play the game, then complain if you’re unsatisfied. I was an adult when Halo came out, so I didn’t have my precious childhood getting in the way of me enjoy all the cool new stuff they’ve been doing with it. If I wanted to relive my childhood, I’d go play Duckhunt. And no one wants to go do that. lol

How does less content mean it isn’t a next gen experience? The next gen experience is defined by the gameplay, graphical advancements and innovation. Not by amount of modes. Also, it has 20 multiplayer maps (roughly?) at launch and more to come. Stop being so negative. Wait to play the game.
