halo 5 how long are banhammers for idling?

U guys know how long the banhammer is for idling for the first time.If i were to get banned for the same reason again would the ban time change? thx in advance

Not sure of exact times but your punishment will become more severe the more you incur the wrath of the Ban Hammer. If you play the game without quitting, idling, or betraying then your punishments will eventually become less severe over a long period of time.

After all my disconnects and accidentally friendly splatters. I am amazed that I have yet to meet the ban hammer. As for idling bans, I am curious to test it but not brave enough haha.

I doubt they would permanently ban someone for it. The time may however become an effective time frame. I’ve heard of bans going for more than a day or two for idling and quitting. I am sure they would keep going up from there. Any time those who frequently quit/idle are forced to spend away from the game is a better time for everyone that remains.

How hard is it to leave though? Maybe you shouldn’t be playing if you have such pressing issues that you immediately forget to even hit one button (the front of your console)
