I did h1,h3, and h4 coop, then did h2. Did gravemind last, as that mission was the hardest for me.

Order does not matter. You can also unlock it via Req Packs, but the chances are extremely low.

So completing missions in co-op on legendary still gives you credit for the achievement/ armor unlock?
