See, graphics are great and all, and improvement is great, but not when it’s at the expense of gameplay mechanics. One major problem I have with Warzone(and Halo 5 in general) is how quickly dropped weapons and destroyed vehicle wreckage disappears. This is because with it’s level of graphics, it can’t render all of those things and more at once. In prior Halo games, dropped weapons would remain for around two to three minutes, and almost never disappeared while in-view. Vehicle wreckage(in the campaign) would remain the whole time until you leave the area.
With Halo 5, however, both disappear very quickly and while in-view - mostly to avoid bogging-down the system since(especially in Warzone) more weapons and vehicles are constantly being spawned. More vehicles with more textures and more models. I think this, in particular, is a sign that - yes, while Halo 5 can achieve this level of graphics, it can’t achieve these graphics without severely cutting back on other aspects of the game. In the earlier years of the gaming industry, it would be unacceptable to sacrifice gameplay aspects for graphics. Halo 5 has over-stepped it’s bounds and tried to achieve something that it feasibly can’t achieve in the current era of video game technology, and lowering it’s visual quality for gameplay improvement should be a no-brainer.
Take Halo 2 for example; Halo 2’s Flood infection forms looked worse than Halo 1’s, despite Halo 2 being a graphical improvement in every other aspect. They lowered the infection forms’ graphics so that they could have MORE of them on-screen at a time. This same concept can be applied to vehicles and enemies as well; would you rather have a large, massive battle with tens and twenties of ghosts, wraiths, scorpions, warthogs and all that don’t look that good, or a smaller battle with a pair of wraiths, a scorpion, a warthog, four ghosts, and three banshees that all look really good? What sounds more fun to you?
In conclusion, I personally think that Halo 6 shouldn’t overstep it’s bounds for graphics. It should innovate the gameplay and the experience first, with graphics coming last. The graphics should realistically adapt to the game you’ve built, not the other way around.

Its a lot better now than at launch. Back then it was almost instant. At least now we have a chance to get back to them.

They have improved it, but not enough. I still only get back to my weapons a fifth of the times I try - a lot of times disappearing when I’m feet away.

I always found it weird how the xbox one is supposed to be such a powerful console yet it still has limitations as tiny as the ones you mentioned

What? Xbone has been known to be an underpowered turd brick since its launch. And neither the ESRAM or DX 12 did much to change that.

I know it’s not powerful, but it was hyped up by Microsoft as being so extravagant and so powerful and it’s barely above the 360 in terms of quality

Well it’s certainly better than the 360, which was a respectable console. I’m certainly glad they didn’t try to stretch this consol cycle any longer than they did.

Had a decent run though,I’ve had more online issues with xbox one compared to the 360 which was console issues

You know the more I read about the Xbox One the more I find out how under powered it really is. The best part of a xbox one is its outside casing! lol.

I agree… To me the only difference between the 360 and the xbox one is the xbox one doesn’t get the red ring of death! lol. There are many out there that clam the xbox one is why H5 doesn’t perform properly and has so many issues. And I’m starting to believe it. I think all this talk about H6 being pushed back for release is because they know the xbox one wont handle the game properly. Its not so 343 has more time to make a better game. That’s my hunch. Look how the new xbox one x was pushed to the for front! Id bet the farm on this. lol
The Xbox One is definitely improved over the 360 in regards to tech and quality(and UI is half the battle), but Halo’s trying to get more power out of it than it’s actually capable of.
