i get on Halo 5 and it prompts an update… That didn’t update nothing people have been complaining about since the release, I mean a “hot fix” for campaign saving, and theater bookmarks… GTFOH!!
Are you kidding me, 343 is worried about pointless crap like that, do they even read these forums? My goodness. can we get a real update!! I don’t care about weekend playlists, BTB, or forge coming in December. What’s the point to have all that stuff if the game still has bugs it needs worked out. My disappointment is partly to 343i, but I’m mostly disappointed in the 343 Pro team. This game has a lot of potential but I don’t think it will be reached because 343. I feel like I complain a lot about this game but it’s mostly because it should have had these bugs updated and fix. This game should have shipped with more maps for arena and slayer, not to mention a freaking SOCIAL PLAYLIST. 343 is so slow on fixing problems that the casual gamer and Halo fan will not play Halo 5. The 1.7 million dollar tournament is the only incentive to get gamers to play and practice to try to go “pro”, well those that want to and those that don’t realize they suck.
I hope microsoft gives Halo to a different developer.
I for one love to update cuz I’m on mission 13 on my legendary run and it was extremely frustrating that whenever I loaded up the campaign I was instantly kicked to the dashboard. Good job 343i!!!
People have complained about the campaign saving issues and losing their theatre bookmarks, you can’t expect every “problem” to be fixed in a single (small) update. They have said fixes for acknowledged problems are coming, such as aiming issues. As for social playlists, I would like those too tbh but I’m a patient guy.
Although this hotfix still begs the question, what exactly did they put in the 6gig BtB update that caused the issue to begin with

It’s not exactly uncommon for an update to cause new and unforeseen issues. Just sayin’.

Yes I understand that, but with 343 it seems to be every single update and it is always massive issues that break the game

welcome back to destiny in year 1 lol that’s why I just got back into that game like 2 months ago
people complaining even if 343 is trying to fix the game. I feel like 343 have been trying to improve the game and there are those who do nothing but complain even more after the game gets updated.

Worlds filled with entitled little brats, maybe one day in the future we will be able to reach through our phones and monitors and slap the the tastes out of their mouths. Future can’t come fast enough!!

It’s funny you say that because they wait and wait to make one giant update to try to fix everything at once, even tho from what history has showed us it only makes it worse. I say fix the important stuff.
Things will get better… but you will have to wait a year. 343i will just wait… and wait… and wait untill everyone is done with Halo 5 and then they will release updates LOL.
This studio is really getting weak… seems like a bunch of amateurs!
In 1 or 2 weeks Halo 5 will be dead, and you will see that it will no longer be at Most Played of Xbox Live Top 10.
