As a huge OG HALO fan my first disappointment was HALO 5 without local coop campaign, 2nd is HALO INFINITE without HALO INFINITE Campaign. I have lost faith in HALO as a franchise and past time. Video games are worthless to me unless I can play them with my real life friends and family. If the world chooses to try and separate friends and family “which will always be local” from my digital gaming life, I will be forced to abandon that digital footprint. LADIES AND GENTLEMEN OF THE GAMING WORLD, help me Force these jackwagons to realize we still love making local gaming in a multi-player online world a priority!

I helped my kid build a PC with money he saved for a loooong time. I’m stuck losing to him [and his friends] in Customs until there’s Co-op. I’d really appreciate the bonding playing Infinite’s campaign together would create between us.

Someone can correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t campaign co-op coming in the spring? I get that it’s kinda BS that it’s not in there on launch, but at least it’s en route.

I paid $60 for a complete game, not for a half put together one. Try this crap with a car and see if you buy it. Thanks for the money sir, Heres your car, you’ll get the transmission after we fix the kinks in our design!

I fully agree! For them to release the full game with LESS content than older Halo games is a direct slap in the fan community’s face IMO

This isn’t the correct analogy though. The analogy is “would you buy a brand new car, and then wait for a more powerful engine months later”.
And the answer is absolutely. The 4 cylinder I have right now is fine and it gets the job done. But the V8 that’s coming in May is going to be dope.

Relax my over-dramatic friend co-op will come. The fact we didn’t get it at launch sucks but the campaign was incredible and as is the multiplayer.
I’m sure they’ll toss in 3-400 achieves to make playing back through the game with a friend worth it.
Well, that didn’t age well. I guess that’s what I get for having faith in 343 and should not have.
