I am posting this here as until this point i was unsure where to go with it. If i am in the wrong place please point me to the right one!
At Christmas last I purchased the special edition Halo 5 Xbox one. I recently while digging through the box found A code for the “fotus-Class” in game armor. I had no recollection of using the code so i went ahead and entered it. Only to find it didn’t work. It didn’t say invalid or anything; but that the code could not be found. Any help on this issue maybe?
The fotus is available in req packs. Do you have it already maybe?

Unless you’re lucky, Fotus takes quite a while to unlock. It’s my understanding that all special edition Halo 5 XBox Ones came with a code for the Fotus armor set.
OP, when did you purchase your One?
I had the same problem with my code. How I got it to finally work was to do a hard reset start to my xbox and then powered it all back up went in and reentered my code and then it worked. This may or may not work for you but you can give it a try. Also before I did power everything up I did unplug my xbox for a bit then plugged it back in…

Got it in gamestop quite near where i live; the other codes in there worked so i’ve no idea why this one is; i dont think restarting the xbox would help as i’ve tried entering it on the website and that ain’t worked either

I would maybe check with Xbox Live Support on this OP, they could probably verify the code for you

Well that’s awesome to hear OP, glad you got things sorted. Only think I can think of then is maybe the XBL severs that deal with code authentication weren’t functioning properly for a while. Either way, enjoy FOTUS
