Hopefully you read that. So, I have been watching streams and videos in hype for the Halo 5: Guardians Beta, and it looks amazing. I have also been seeing criticism for the beta. People really don’t like some things like smart scope, spartan charge, ground slam and even sprint in Halo 5. My idea for a solution (sorry if this idea has already been posted) Classic playlists! These take out all of the spartan abilities in the normal playlists/gamemodes. I feel that if these are added to the final game, many fans who don’t appreciate the spartan abilities currently will stick to those playlists, and everyone who is okay with them will just play it normally. All of the same gamemodes just without the spartan abilities, a simple yet effective idea if used. What do you guys think of this? Leave any ideas or tweaks you might want to add/change to this idea.

I think a classic playlist would be great!

You must realize that the maps are designed for these abilities. Idk if 343 can do it, but to have a fun “classic” playlist 343 would have to modify the maps for that specific playlist.

They could just as easily just bring back old maps and have them as the classic playlist

They could easily just disable power weapons and take out abilities. We still have about a year until release, so it is possible to do this.

Or they could make good forge maps. Simple really.
