I have the Master Chief and Spartan Locke statue which is melted. I have contacted Xbox, Microsoft, and Gamestop, and they have all sent me through here to get a resolution to my problem with the warranty. If you could email me or call me about this issue, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
You should try contacting the retailer that sold you the game with the melted statue and get them to replace it.
I did. They would not help, neither would Xbox or Microsoft. They all sent me to 343 industries.
Did you get the statue as part of the collector’s edition package, or from a 3rd party?
I noticed that you have game history going back to Halo 5’s release, so unless you bought the statue much after the fact, you’ve had it for some time.
Unfortunately, though, the retailer who sold you the statue (or the package the statue came with) is the only source for potential replacement or refund. 343i is a game developer, and was not responsible for assembly or packaging of the Chief/Locke collector’s statues. If the retailer where you made the purchase is sending you here, they are giving you the roundabout and trying to pass the buck. If you made the purchase recently enough to be covered under the retailer’s return policy, then you should return it as a defective product. If you have exceeded the return policy period, then it is likely the retailer can’t and won’t help you.
The merchant or your credit card company is your only recourse OP.
