Will this new Halo 5 have split screen multi-player and co-op?
There is no word on it, but considering we are getting a brand new engine on a brand new, more powerful console - I would be confident in saying both will be there.
Every past Halo game has had split-screen multiplayer and co-op. I think it would be a safe bet to say that they will return in Halo 5, though nothing can be set in stone until we hear confirmation from 343i.
Split screen with halo goes hand in hand, every halo has it, halo is known for it, theyd be pretty stupid not to tbh, halo has always been known to be the split screen multiplayer game so i think its safe to say it will be there but like the others said, anything is possible
I first played Halo splitscreen and still do.
No reason for them to remove it the feature.
I believe 343 learned from their mistakes around messing with key halo elements. I’m sure it’ll be in it, as well as many new AND old features.
It better. Though I fear with the new engine it’ll be left out as an ‘outdated feature’. Games these days seem to be moving away from hanging out with your friends in your basement.
