I can’t go into matchmaking or join my friend’s fireteam, the game attempts to reach the lobby service for like a minute straight and then says there’s an issue with the servers. Anyone else having this issue?

Yeah I’m having the same problems. Have been for the last hour or so. I wish 343i would have a server status

I actually can’t even access matchmaking because of this stupid “Halo 5: Guardians Lobby Service” issue. I’ve never had to deal with this in earlier halo games.

EDIT: Can’t even start up Customs. Seriously…

Why would I do that? That would mess up my router’s recognition of my xbox.

I’m encountering the same problem. It’s been like this for 2 days now. :frowning: I can’t enter the lobby or do anything online related. I can’t even view my armors, requisitions or even access the req store. Extremely annoying! No answers online… Anyone found anything yet? #PleaseHelp

Time warner cable is your ISP I assume?

Hard rest your xbox one power cycle your modem if you haven’t tried this already

It’s been down for 7 days now. Was kicked out in the middle of a game and then 343 mistakenly banned me for quitting to many times. What the heck?!

Now, there’s a server problem. Siiiiigh.

2 days now for me. It’s probably easier to get a hold of the president, not that I would care to do that, than it is to get any correspondence started with 343. 343 is a joke.

Just happened to me…playing make-shift firefight for now (campaign sections on repeat)

Yeah, I’ve got the same problem. Decided to kick me from a Warzone, and ever since tells me ‘There was an issue with the Halo 5: Guardians servers.’ Is everybody getting the same?

Bought Halo 5 for my son for Christmas and I feel as if it was a huge mistake… My son and I have beaten every halo game together and we can not even play a co-op game on halo 5. Keeps throwing a attention guardians server issue or unable to authorize message. Internet connection is great, hard resetting more than once etc. I even went as far as having Xbox support try to help and no luck. I’m rather upset and wondering if there has been any update on a fix???
