Anyone want 343 to release some sound/music files from the game in the next big, idk media/ video update?
I feel like we need to hear our beloved game’s music before its released to the public, just so we can get a sense of what our game is going to sound like. Not alot but just a couple of songs from the game that’s all I’m saying.
Anyone else agree with me?

Eh. Id rather be pleasantly surprised. I wanna open up that main menu for the first time and literally scream in excitement as the new music plays (or the old theme returns). In my opinion it really adds to the experience and I think it’s something I’d remember for awhile. Also, consider if there was a warthog run at the end, and BAM. One Final Effort drops completely unexpectedly and suddenly your filled with such ridiculous nostalgia and chills that it pushes you all the way through to the end. That’s the kind of experience I look forward to.

It would be awesome if they did. The Halo 4 music, while not so conspicuous in game, was a great way to get pumped for the release.

I remember back when the Halo 3 E3 2006 trailer came out that Marty/Bungie decided to release the music track for that teaser shortly thereafter. I think they did the same for the E3 2007 campaign trailer as well.
I wish 343 would do more of that - especially regarding this into vid. Now that would be a great way to please some of us folks.
I would like that. Can give you a taste of what something could feel or seem like in the game. Like a podcast trained trailer.
Personally, I LOVED the music in the opening cutscene for H5. I was just loving the music and need that on my ipod.
I just need the full Locke theme song.
Cinematic was great, the music we’ve been presented is great…

YES!
When I heard all the classic Halo themes blended in with the newer music I got so hyped.
