Hi!
I can not play Halo 5: Guardians in cooperative campaign mode. First stage loads normally, after the screen turns black, after an hour of waiting, I had to return to the menu to close game. I started, again the game in cooperative campaign mode, after a few minutes informs on the screen that dedicated server is unavailable. Multiplayer mode performs normally. My nephew, he’s having the same problem running Halo 5: Guardians in cooperative campaign mode. Please, can you help me?

Are you and your nephew connecting to the same router with your consoles? I’ve heard that sometimes causes trouble with playing Halo 5 together.

Would it be possible to set up another internet router for your nephew’s console? That should reduce the strain on the one router which may allow both of you to play together in campaign.
