Hi 343. I bought Halo 5 Guardians a couple of days ago and when I loaded up the game it said that I couldn’t access online modes. I can’t open req packs, I can’t play matchmaking or even use forge. Its my first time playing Halo t jus to find out it doesn’t work. I already talked to Microsoft about it and they said it was all you. Pls help. -A loving halo member.
me too, do you try to reinstall the game?
If you just got the game and just installed it you might have to do a hard reset/start to your counsel. Make sure you do this correctly! If you don’t know how you can either google it or come back and ask here and I can walk you through the steps.
Also make sure you are hard wired and your NAT is set to open.
