A year ago, there was a promotion where those who watched the final of the Halo Championship Series would receive the pack of voices of war. I waited a year and I did not receive any code and I would like to know what I can do to get it.

As this was a Mixpot giveaway three possibilities for why you never received it:

  • You weren’t watching on Mixer - You weren’t signed into mixer with your Microsoft account/your mixer account wasn’t linked to your Xbox account - Mixpots are often limited in number so you may just have not been awarded one unfortunatelyAs it’s been a year it’s very unlikely that anything can be done at this stage unfortunately.

I’m afraid you’re way out of luck on this OP.

As noted above the Voices of War pack was a Mixpot givewaey for watching the HCS finals. You needed to have been watching on Mixer and signed in with an account that was synced with Xbox Live in order to be eligible. Most Mixpots automatically drop rewards into your game where applicable, so the Voices pack would have been dropped into your REQ collection had you been elligible.

As with all Mixpot rewards, there is a 2 week period where you can make a claim on a reward you didn’t receive but think you should have. If you don’t claim within 2 weeks then nothing can be done - this is claim to Xbox support though, as they are the ones that handle Mixpots.
