Alright… i didn’t think about reviewing this beta so far… I’d probably have bullies on 1 side saying i have somewhat bad KDA spread so my opinion is invalid. and along with that is people on the other saying why didn’t i rip apart my trust for the franchise with my -PINGAS!-hole (< corny censor.) (< literally. i think we hit a new low.), it has too many replications from call of duty: advanced warfare, it’s of the DEVIL. but FOR NOW at least, i can tell you the game so far is not TERRIBLE! it ACTUALLY makes me a BIT SCARED to find out what halo 4 was probably like these days, since most fans like me can actually agree that THIS GAME is AT LEAST better than halo 4. I’m NOT saying halo 4 is completely bad. it was just somewhat lackluster. so halo 5’s multi-player is good for now. i also like in the halo channel that 343i decided to let us decide which power weapon will come next for the beta. my choice was OBVIOUSLY the Hydra MLRS lock-on rapid-fire missile launcher. the fans wanted to innovate on the weapons arsenal it seemed so 343i came up with of course the hydra and some other weapons that might come soon. and the abilities ARE cool TBH. there’s sliding, clambering, charging, thruster packs, ground pounding, and probably the MOST controversial: the SMART SCOPE. and of course sprinting. BUT there’s a twist to sprinting: no shield recharge while sprinting! so if you’re getting shot, get out of the way by dodging with your thruster packs. i ALSO WORSHIP and I MEAN WORSHIP the prophet’s bane weapon! it allows you run faster, you lunge a bit father, and it MAKES YOU FEEL COOL! i DO HAVE 1 MAIN concern: why not let us personalize our weapons or HUD’s? heads up displays COULD be something innovative, but why not weapon personalization if we’re not having customizable HUD’s? like we could choose a certain skin for a particular weapon. and after THAT, upon pickup of that weapon, it will then change to the user’s currently applied skin until he/she decides swap it out with another weapon or dies. or why not let us have armor skins or armor effects at least? that’s my ONLY concern so far 343i. there’s just a SOMEWHAT SMALL TO MEDIUM lack of personalization. my current verdict so far for halo 5 guardians muilti-player beta is a 7/10. I’m sorry if i didn’t bother explaining the visuals or the audio. but what sometimes matters for me the MOST is the game-play. so 343i. i hope you can keep your cool on the game and make everything unique about halo actually count. anyways, lock and load Spartans and mercenaries!
